1. Payment Terms:
   • The CyberHero courses and services offered on this website are subject to a payment requirement.
   • Payment can be made using the specified methods on the website, and all transactions are processed securely.
2. Refund Policy:
   • Refund requests for courses or services that have already been accessed or partially completed will not be honored.
   • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take a maximum of [30] business days to appear in your account.

Refund Window:

    • 29 to 15 business days before the first day of class selected on initial purchase: 75% Refund minus processing fee
    • Less than 14 business days before the first day of class selected on initial purchase: No Refund

    • If the website discontinues a course or service, a full refund will be issued to affected customers.
    • The website reserves the right to modify the refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated on the website.

3. Course Modifications:
   • The website reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any course or service, or alter content and features, without prior notice.
   • In the event of a course modification or discontinuation, users may be offered access to alternative courses or provided with a prorated refund at the website’s discretion.
   • The Cyber Hero reserves the right to cancel training 15 calendar days in advance for any reason. In this case, The Cyber Hero’s liability shall be limited to one or more alternative training dates. If no alternative training date is made available students are entitled to a refund of any unused portion of training.
   • Delays or cancellations in training due to factors that are outside the control of The Cyber Hero are not eligible for a Students will be given the option of rescheduling.

* Please Note – Fees paid will depend on the location and venue of the training event. Local taxes may be charged in addition, where applicable. The Cyber Hero will not accept third-party payments or applications for any course applicant unless the third party is a government agency, the applicant’s employer, or is otherwise authorized by The Cyber Hero before the registration is accepted.
